The position is full-time, with a 4/10 workweek and eligibility to work in the U.S. Salary ranges from $22.00 to $25.87 per hour, with standard benefits including medical, dental, vision and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible for required U.S. government authorizations.
• Ability to learn basic machine operations.
• Ability to read MSPI instructions in English.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates felting, molding, sanding and deflashing.
• Identify components by batch number and ensure workmanship.
• Learn and apply SPC applications, basic problem solving, and basic corrective action.
• Maintain concentration for extended periods.
• Adhere to work instructions and safety procedures.
• May stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Cross-train or transfer to other buildings/programs as needed.
• Uphold Armtec ethical standards and business conduct policies.
