Job summary

NOW Health Group INC. seeks a Machine Operator to operate packaging and processing lines at our Bloomingdale facilities. You will set up, run, and adjust equipment, perform sanitation and changeovers, and ensure GMP compliance with safety standards.

Qualified candidates will have a High school diploma or GED and a Machine Operator certification. Experience in food/pharma manufacturing is a plus, and willingness to work across locations is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification as Machine Operator in packaging/processing areas required.
• Prior experience with packaging/processing equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging and processing lines per SOPs and safety rules.
• Perform line setup, changeovers, and sanitation between runs.
• Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and tickets.
• Assist with basic line maintenance and escalate issues when needed.
• Train new staff on basic manufacturing processes and safety.
