Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Production Associate to contribute to manufacturing, assembly, cleaning and packaging of products in a team-based line environment. This role involves passing work to the next operator in queue while maintaining quality standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Overtime may be required, with safety and quality as core priorities.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED/equivalent.
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry.
  • Ability to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods and use a microscope.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with good communication.
  • Flexibility for overtime as needed.
  • Good manual dexterity and fast-paced work capability.
  • Highly organized, self-managed and independent.

Responsibilities

  • Follow safety standards and report near misses and unsafe conditions.
  • Follow work instructions to ensure production according to quality standards.
  • Organize work to meet individual and team objectives.
  • Strive to meet cost, time and quality requirements.
  • Maintain a tidy work area and proper placement of tools.
  • Register time accurately and clock in/out per guidelines.
