Wikoff Color Corporation seeks a Production Operator to manufacture products safely and efficiently according to batch sheets and quality standards. You will handle batching, blending, filling, packaging, and equipment cleaning while keeping accurate records and a clean work area.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will work in a manufacturing environment with strong emphasis on health, safety, and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow batch/formulation instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Physical ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
• Education: high school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training in manufacturing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and mix raw materials according to batch sheets and production specifications.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively during the production process.
• Accurately fill, label, and package finished goods in compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct routine equipment cleaning and maintenance to ensure readiness and safety.
• Maintain production records, including quantities, batch numbers, and time logs.
• Report deviations, quality issues, or safety concerns to the Site Leader or QC.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures as required.
• Support inventory control through accurate material usage reporting and waste minimization.
• Other duties assigned by management.
