Job summary

Airgas in Longview, WA is hiring a Production Operator I to load and unload trucks, inspect cylinders, and prep them for retesting or repair. You will work with the operations team to maintain safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to company policies, and on-time support to fill plants that serve hospitals and labs. Prior forklift experience and a HS diploma are preferred; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to read and comprehend written and computer generated documentation.
• US work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks as part of the operations team.
• Pull and stage cylinders for retesting, painting and repairing.
• Coordinate daily loading/unloading of pallets and company vehicles.
• Assist in removal of refurbished cylinders from the paint area.
• Foster safety and comply with all company policies.
