Job summary

Total Talent Resources and QFS is seeking a Production Associate C in Romeoville, IL to assist with packing and assembly, ensuring QA standards and customer expectations are met. The role requires safe operation of hand tools, adherence to 5S, and flexibility for overtime as needed.

The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while standing for the shift. 1st shift hours are 6:00 am–2:20 PM with some weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player, able to work with others.
• Motivated, self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Flexible with start and end times within 1st or 2nd shift and/or overtime when required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for the entire work shift.

Responsibilities

• Packing and assembly of components which meet internal QA standards and customers' expectations.
• Work to specified production rates.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards to management.
• Use small, simple hand tools in a safe and effective manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area per 5S standards.
• Perform other production duties as required.
