Qualifications

• Previous experience in food processing, manufacturing, or a similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic mechanical equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English.
• Basic math skills for measurements and production tracking.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift, including off-shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain machinery used in production and packaging.
• Set up and tear down machines in assigned area; troubleshoot basic issues and adjust as needed.
• Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Conduct regular quality checks on product weight, temperature, appearance, and packaging.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and practice GMPs.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues and keep lines running.
