Home Run Inn in Woodridge, IL seeks a Production Line Lead to coordinate daily line activities, support teammates, and maintain high quality and safety standards. You will set up equipment, monitor performance, and address issues to keep production on track.

The role requires hands-on leadership, problem-solving, and a commitment to GMP. Shift is 1st with some Saturdays, at $24.00 per hour and opportunities for overtime based on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing or food production experience required.
• Ability to operate production equipment and follow GMP standards.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily production activities on the assigned line to meet goals.
• Set up and break down machinery at shift start and end.
• Monitor equipment performance and respond to breakdowns quickly.
• Coach teammates to achieve daily production targets.
• Maintain safety, quality, and production records.
