The Position

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for assembling small to medium-sized parts, fitting and adjusting interrelated parts, repairing sub-assemblies and major assemblies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Use a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, gauges, and measuring devices.
• Inspect and test your own work and the work of others.
• Perform mechanical, optical, and electrical/electronic operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years of electronics assembly experience or equivalent, including soldering on printed circuit boards.
• Experience with soldering, de-soldering, rework, and SMT.
• IPC-610 & JStandard 001 certifications.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read color-coded process details.
