The Position
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities include assembling small to medium parts, fitting and adjusting interrelated components, and repairing sub-assemblies and major assemblies.

The Day-to-Day

• Operate hand and power tools, fixtures, gauges, measuring devices, drills, and fixtures.
• Inspect and test your work and that of others.
• Perform mechanical, optical, electrical, and electronic operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 5 years of electronics assembly experience, including soldering on printed circuit boards
• Experience with soldering, de-soldering, rework, and SMT
• IPC-610 & JStandard 001 certifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Proficiency with ERP systems and reading color-coded process details
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs
