Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Production Operator in the Reactions department responsible for the accurate and timely manufacture of batches. The role involves measuring all required materials, correctly adding them, and operating all related manufacturing equipment such as pressure kettles and mix tanks, scales, pumps, and tanks. Maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment by ensuring proper cleaning and equipment maintenance is essential.

Job Requirements

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work on weekends as needed to fulfill customer orders.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without difficulty.
• Proficiency in weighing ingredients using tools like floor scales and flow meters.
• Quick learner with the ability to suggest process improvements.
• Wearing a full-face respirator when handling specific materials may be required.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Computer literacy with the ability to navigate between different windows and transactions.
• SAP knowledge and experience is preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
