Responsibilities

The Production Operator in the Reactions department is responsible for the accurate and timely manufacture of batches, including measuring materials, operating pressure kettles and mix tanks, and maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with team members.
• Preferred previous manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to accurately weigh ingredients using tools like floor scales and flow meters.
• Quick learner with a focus on process improvements.
• Capable of wearing a full-face respirator when required.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Computer literacy, including navigating different windows and transactions.
• S.A.P. knowledge and forklift training are preferred.
