The Wilbert Group specializes in precast concrete manufacturing and services for the funeral, building trades, and agricultural markets. Our product range includes burial vaults, monuments, lawn crypts, columbarium niches, septic tanks, retaining walls, storm shelters, and agricultural precast products. Our facilities include manufacturing plants, warehouses, monument production sites, a casket manufacturing plant, and nine crematories. Our monument division produces granite memorials, markers, custom signage, and engraved brick pavers, along with wholesale monument sales.

Responsibilities

1. Learn and become proficient in manufacturing processes, including operating mixers, stripping products from forms, cleaning and oiling forms, applying bonding mixtures, and pouring concrete.
2. Cut and bend rebar and wire for reinforcement.
3. Perform minor repairs on forms and related equipment.
4. Use various hand tools for manufacturing tasks.
5. Ensure casting forms have clean and straight edges for quality products.
6. Stock products from previous days after sealing and prepare for the next day's orders.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug tests and undergo random screenings.
• Ability to lift over 75 lbs.
• Proficiency in reading maps and directions.
• Strong attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift over 75 lbs and perform physical activities such as standing, bending, stooping, twisting, turning, kneeling, and squatting for short periods.
