Position: Production Operator

Location: Mesquite, TX / On-Site

Shift: 1st Shift

Primary Duties

• Preparation of raw materials and packaging, identifying and transporting the right quantities, and reporting deviations.
• Operating processing equipment according to instructions and procedures.
• Monitoring equipment to maintain desired process rates.
• Performing initial testing and releasing products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Checking labels and packaging for correctness and adherence to rules.
• Packaging final products following instructions and quality standards.
• Ensuring operations comply with quality standards, operating procedures, and legal/EHS rules.
• Maintaining housekeeping in the area of responsibility.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager/Supervisor.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Knowledge of MS Office or similar software.
• Ability to read work orders, process instructions, and safety/quality procedures.
• Availability to work in shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of industrial experience.
• Basic understanding of English.

Physical Environment

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Able to work in environments with typical chemical conditions, noise, dust, and smells.

Salary: $20.00/hour, with benefits including health & wellness, 401K, paid time off, and holidays. Compensation varies based on experience, education, and location.
