Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Duties And Responsibilities

• Learn all tasks associated with the assigned tempering production line station.
• Maintain paperwork related to the glass during the cutting process to ensure accuracy.
• Perform quality inspections on all glass moved from each machine and follow procedures for quality issues.
• Help keep the work floor clean and safe, including mopping water puddles and removing tripping hazards.
• Assist with other departmental tasks and housekeeping duties as needed.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to read a tape measure and understand written measurements.
• Operate machinery such as saws, drills, and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well with a team and under pressure.

Physical Demands

This role requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, and handling glass panels up to 75 lbs. The work involves repetitive lifting and standing for 8-10 hours or until all orders are completed.

Work Environment

The work environment includes exposure to water, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and loud noise. The facility is not climate-controlled.
