Job description

In this role as a Bio-Rad Production Operator I, you will work on a designated team or assignment. Production activities may vary between working on a semi-automated machine line, manual carton packing line, or other production support roles. Most tasks will require collaboration with multiple teammates.

This position is for a first-shift operator (Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm).

How You'll Make An Impact:
  1. Perform final kits assembly of Bio-Rad packaged products used to calibrate and QC various diagnostic testing platforms for hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
  2. Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of components and products to ensure quality and complete delivery of Finished Goods to the Distribution Warehouse.
  3. Follow procedures and work instructions to execute production tasks, assist with completing quality documentation, process orders, and batch records accurately and timely, following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  4. Complete inventory and quality transactions in the SAP Inventory System.
What You Bring:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Basic math, writing, and reading skills.
  • Goal-oriented team contributor.
  • Familiarity with computer/software applications.

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate is $17.35 to $23.85, with actual compensation provided at the time of offer based on factors like location, experience, and skills. The position is eligible for a variable annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
