DFS's Austin facility is hiring a Production Operator I to join our manufacturing team. This onsite role focuses on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment to meet daily output targets with quality at the forefront.

You'll work under supervision, learn standard procedures, and contribute to safe, efficient production. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and PTO as part of our Total Rewards program.

Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods. Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
