Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking manufacturing operators to set up and run machinery, inspect products for quality, and document results in our systems. You will follow job orders, operate equipment, and maintain safety standards on the production floor.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. The role requires standing for long periods and occasional heavy lifting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job orders, instructions, and customer specifications.
• Set up and operate machinery per department processes and job requirements.
• Evaluate product quality and ensure procedures are followed accurately.
• Record defects and data in the quality system; escalate issues as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements; report accidents and hazards.
• Cross-train on operations and equipment as needed.
