The role requires basic math, reading/writing in English, and a HS diploma or GED. The position supports overtime and weekend shifts as needed, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in production/manufacturing; mechanically inclined preferred.
• Must be able to read/interpret documents and communicate in English.
• Basic math and computer skills; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot equipment during daily manufacturing.
• Perform changeovers, disassemble/assemble and clean machinery.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure quality production.
