Job summary

ORBIS Corporation, part of Menasha Packaging and ORBIS, is seeking a Production Operator to join our Wisconsin manufacturing team. You will prepare product for shipment, including cleaning, inspecting, assembling and stacking, following product guidelines and customer requirements.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork and growth within a family‑owned company. After onboarding, you’ll contribute to continuous improvement and maintain quality throughout production.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand product guidelines, quality alerts, safety alerts, standard work documents, customer option sheets, and quality objectives.
• Clean, trim and assemble components using hand tools.
• Maintain a continuous repeat cycle of production/packaging to avoid buildup of parts at the workstation.
• Ensure finished product quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train other employees and new hires and assist other departments as needed.
• Promote Continuous Improvement; participate in 5S and related activities.
