Job summary

ORBIS Corporation seeks a dedicated Production Operator to prepare products for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will clean, inspect, assemble, decorate, and stack items to meet quality and customer requirements, following documented guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products for shipment according to guidelines and customer specs.
• Work safely using proper PPE.
• Read and interpret product documentation and quality/safety alerts.
• Assemble components using hand tools to meet form and fit requirements.
• Maintain production flow to prevent backlog at stations.
• Inspect finished products for quality and customer satisfaction.
• Assist training of new employees and other departments as needed.
• Participate in CI, 5S, and standard work initiatives.
