Base pay range

$23.22/hr - $24.72/hr

Production Operator - Grafoil Processor - 2nd Shift

Up to $26.72 per Hour; Eligible for Shift Premium of $2.00 per Hour

Monday - Friday, 2:45pm - 11:00pm

We have immediate openings for a Production Operator - Grafoil Processor on 2nd Shift at our Lakewood, OH facility. The primary function of these positions is to safely operate equipment/machinery to process materials and products for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and follow all HS&E regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Operate production equipment and machinery.
• Adhere to all quality standards.
• Make or suggest adjustments to equipment/processes to ensure efficient and safe production of high-quality material.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the area/department.
• Perform autonomous maintenance tasks as part of preventive maintenance.
• Use rulers, micrometers, and SPC recording to check quality.
• Perform data entry on a computer.
• Maintain required written records.
• Report maintenance needs for equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing required.
• Experience operating production machinery required.
• Experience with converting and automated equipment preferred.
• Must be clean-shaven for respirator fit testing.
• Ability to work different shifts.
• Teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs., climb ladders, use hand tools, and operate a forklift.

Working Conditions

• Frequent lifting, standing, bending, twisting, and stooping.
• Work primarily in manufacturing areas.
• Some tasks require respirator use; must be clean-shaven.
