Job summary

Advanced Fiber is seeking a motivated Production worker to join our Ohio team. You will operate the auto bagger system, unload materials with a forklift, cut wires, and perform QC checks, recording data into our systems.

We offer Shift options: 1st 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2nd 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, 3rd 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, with Monday–Sunday schedule and two days off. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
• Mindset—Safety First.

Responsibilities

• Operate the auto bagger system, ensuring weights and bag seals are correct.
• Unloading paper and cardboard bales with a forklift, cutting wires, and loading into production system.
• QC testing the final product and recording information into computer sheets.
