Advanced Fiber is seeking a driven Production worker to join our team in Bucyrus, Ohio. This fast-paced role involves operating the auto bagger, unloading materials with a forklift, and performing quality control checks as part of the production process.

Shifts available: 1st (6:00 AM–2:00 PM), 2nd (2:00 PM–10:00 PM), and 3rd (10:00 PM–6:00 AM), with a Monday–Sunday schedule and two days off per week. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Mindset: Safety First.

Responsibilities

• Operate the auto bagger system with correct weights and seals.
• Unload paper and cardboard bales using a forklift and prepare materials for production.
• QC test the final product and record data in computer sheets.
