Job summary

PFG Manufacturing in Logan, Utah is seeking a Production Line Operator to set up and maintain line equipment, monitor process flow, and assist line personnel with preparation and packaging to meet GMP, safety, and quality standards.

You will support efficient production, perform quality checks, troubleshoot minor issues, and help with housekeeping and paperwork at shift end. This role offers an opportunity to grow within a food distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of work experience.
• Experience in warehouse and/or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain line equipment and monitor the production process.
• Prepare for operations by verifying ingredients, supplies, and packaging.
• Ensure safety by putting on PPE and following GMP and quality standards.
• Perform quality checks and adjust equipment as needed.
• End-of-shift housekeeping and complete required paperwork.
