Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Clinton, Oklahoma is seeking a Production Operator to support efficient, safe production of quality products. You will operate and adjust extruders, dryers, mixers, and coating systems to meet schedules and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year manufacturing experience, good English communication, and the ability to work varied shifts. You will follow GMP/HACCP and safety rules and collaborate with the team to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience with various machinery.
• Willing to work varying shifts and schedules.
• Able to read/understand English language accessibly.
• Knowledge of Safety, Quality, and Materials procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust extruders, dryers, mixers, and coating systems.
• Maintain safety, quality, and production documentation.
• Perform QC checks and ensure finished product quality.
• Train or assist other associates as needed.
• Follow Lock-Out Tag-Out and plant safety rules.
