Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Clinton, Oklahoma. The role drives safe operation, repair and changeovers of production equipment, partnering with teams to meet safety, reliability and productivity goals.

The position requires hands-on maintenance, interpretation of schematics, and collaboration with Operators and Engineers to sustain line performance and process improvements. Fluency in basic computer tools is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant or an Associate’s Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Practical knowledge of basic maintenance shop equipment.
• Problem assessment, problem solving and basic math skills.
• Intermediate computer skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs and performs preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Completes work orders in SAP in a timely manner.
• Reviews instructions and schematics to determine test specifications and solutions.
• Assists with root cause analysis to identify equipment failures and breakdowns.
• Trains operators on changeovers and supports production goals.
