Aventure Staffing in Norfolk, NE is seeking reliable Production Operators for 1st shift (5:30 AM–2:30 PM) with flexibility to stay later as production needs change, and for 2nd shift (2:30 PM–10:30 PM). Pay rate is $17/hour +DOE.

• Run standard production machinery through daily completion.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to ensure steady daily workflow.
• Perform routine quality checks on finished products to meet company standards.
• Follow all workplace safety, PPE, and operational guidelines closely.
• Keep work stations clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
