Pay rate is $11.00 per hour. Candidates should have 1–3 years of production experience, be able to read a tape measure, and be willing to lift 25–50 lbs. High School diploma is required, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in production/manufacturing or similar environment.
• Able to read and accurately use a tape measure or ruler.
• Capable of lifting 25–50 lbs repeatedly.
• Available to work Saturdays and overtime as needed during the week.
• Able to work either of the available shifts in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the production floor performing tasks such as feeding machines, removing products from lines, stacking finished goods, and cleaning work areas.
• Read and use a tape measure to ensure product quality and specifications.
• Lift and move materials weighing 25–50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Report to the Shift Activity Coordinator and collaborate with the team to meet production goals.
