Employnet, Inc. is seeking a dependable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team.

The Production Operator is responsible for operating production equipment, processing raw materials, monitoring product quality, and ensuring all products are manufactured safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience operating industrial or processing equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Operate production machinery and processing equipment per SOPs.
• Weigh, measure, blend, and process raw materials per schedules and batch specs.
• Monitor equipment and make minor adjustments for efficiency and quality.
• Perform quality inspections to meet standards and GMP requirements.
• Complete production records, batch docs, and inventory reports.
• Follow GMP, food safety regulations, and company quality standards.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment and work areas for safety.
• Identify issues and report to supervisors promptly.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment.
• Use pallet jacks, forklifts, or other handling equipment (certification preferred).
• Collaborate with production, QA, warehouse, and maintenance teams to hit daily goals.
• Follow all safety policies and wear PPE at all times.
