Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Production Team Member to operate high-speed bottling and packaging equipment in a manufacturing setting. The role focuses on maintaining production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and following safety procedures.

You will support daily plant operations, collaborate with multiple teams, perform basic equipment maintenances, and help uphold a clean, safe work environment through careful documentation and attentive teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Basic reading, math, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment.
• Complete changeovers and load raw materials.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain production records.
• Follow safety policies and sanitation standards.
• Monitor product quality and adjust equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Logistics teams.
• Operate forklifts and move materials across production and warehouse areas.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with inventory counts and other duties.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
