Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience operating industrial or processing equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and processing equipment per SOPs.
• Weigh, measure, blend, and process raw materials per schedules and batch specs.
• Monitor equipment and make minor adjustments for efficiency and quality.
• Perform quality inspections to meet standards and GMP requirements.
• Complete production records, batch docs, and inventory reports.
• Follow GMP, food safety regulations, and company quality standards.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment and work areas for safety.
• Identify issues and report to supervisors promptly.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment.
• Use pallet jacks, forklifts, or other handling equipment (certification preferred).
• Collaborate with production, QA, warehouse, and maintenance teams to hit daily goals.
• Follow all safety policies and wear PPE at all times.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and processing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Weigh, measure, blend, and process raw materials according to production schedules and batch specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and make minor adjustments to maintain efficient production and product quality.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
• Accurately complete production records, batch documentation, and inventory reports.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety regulations, and company quality standards.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain production equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
• Identify equipment issues, production concerns, or quality deviations and report them promptly to supervisors.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, palletizing, and preparing finished products for shipment.
• Safely transport materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment (certification preferred).
• Work collaboratively with production, quality assurance, warehouse, and maintenance teams to achieve daily production goals.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
