Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Production Associate for our Kingman facility to support manufacturing and packaging activities on a driven production line. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy with batch tickets, and adherence to quality control standards.

You will operate mechanical equipment, perform quality checks, and maintain clean, organized work areas while supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Prior production experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required for shift schedules.
• Good attendance history is essential.
• Experience safely operating a forklift is required.
• Must be flexible to overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with manufacturing, batching, filling and packaging on the production line.
• Safely use and maintain operating equipment; ensure housekeeping standards.
• Read and follow batch tickets and work orders accurately.
• Gather and stock components to support efficient packaging of products.
• Record data on batch tickets and logs; monitor KPI targets.
• Perform quality testing and document results as required.
• Disassemble, clean and reassemble equipment as trained.
• Attend trainings and follow SOPs and safety standards.
