Join to apply for the Production Operator (Exton, PA) role at The Food Source International, Inc.

We are seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic, and collaborative Blend Operator to join a fast-growing company in Chester County, PA. The ideal candidate thrives on teamwork and values their ideas.

Position Details:

• Primary responsibilities include manufacturing batches according to instructions, HACCP, and safety protocols.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and collaborate with warehousing and quality assurance teams.
• Background in food or ingredient manufacturing preferred, with basic GMP, Safety, and Food Safety training.
• First Shift: 4-10 hour shifts (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday), hours from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing batches, weighing materials, blending, data entry, and compliance.
• Operating manufacturing equipment such as blenders, air systems, sifters, and metal detectors.
• Reviewing batch records and pick tickets for lot control and labeling.
• Performing in-process testing, sampling, and inspections.
• Maintaining cleanliness, organizing materials, and adhering to GMPs and safety regulations.
• Assisting with sanitation and basic maintenance tasks.

Schedule:
