Job summary

Idaho Forest Group is seeking a relief operator for its lumber production facility. The role involves supporting various functions and machinery while prioritizing safety and teamwork to ensure smooth operations.

You will assist with mill clean-up and learn the safe operation of different machines, with opportunities for promotion to more advanced roles within the plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work various shifts and overtime.
• Pass hair follicle drug test, physical, and background check.

To be considered you will need the ability to:

• Work various shifts, days, and overtime
  • $2/hr shift differential for qualified night and weekend shifts
  • Overtime pays at time and a half!
• Use motorized equipment, hand tools (broom, shovel, etc), and an air hose
• Adapt to various weather conditions, loud conditions, and airborne particles (sawdust) as we are working in a loud, industrial, sawmill!
• Pass a hair follicle drug test, a physical, and a background check

The Physical Demands of this job include:

Sitting and/or standing for a full shift, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, squatting, bending at the waist, kneeling, walking varying distance, climbing stairs, and listening to equipment.
