Job summary

Nature's Sunshine in Utah is seeking an Encapsulation Machine Operator to set up, run, monitor, and maintain encapsulation equipment for capsule production.

You will prepare materials, adjust settings, perform in-process quality checks, document production activities, troubleshoot minor issues, and follow GMP, SOP, and safety procedures to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read measurements and apply basic math.
• Familiarity with process equipment and documentation.
• Ability to work with others across shifts and document results.
• Willingness to perform routine inspections and keep accurate records.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Four years of high school plus specific course requirements
• Knowledge of weights and measurements (i.e. metric system)
• RedZone and Oracle
• Skill in operating process equipment
• Basic math skills
• General computer skills helpful
• Able to monitor process equipment and keep accurate records
• Maneuver heavy weights
• Prioritize multiple assignments
• Must have good hand-eye coordination
• Able to communicate well with coworkers on all shifts and to work effectively in a team environment
