Job summary

Arclin USA in Dodson, LA is seeking a Production Operator E for an entry-level, full-time role. You will perform resin and formaldehyde production tasks, operate a forklift, and support production and shipping schedules in compliance with HSE regulations.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is a plus and certification can be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures resin and formaldehyde per procedures and HSE rules.
• Loads and unloads raw materials and finished products (tanker trailers, railcars, etc.).
• Operates a forklift to handle materials.
• Coordinates with management to meet production and shipping schedules.
• Ensures shipping documents comply with regulations and corporate requirements.
• Participates in safety committees and follows site rules for quality, health, safety, and environment.
• Monitors processes and reports deviations to Lead Operator.
• Works with Lead Operator and others to meet production and maintenance schedules.
• Communicates with Lead Operator and staff to resolve process issues affecting safety and quality.
• Responds to alarms and coordinates corrective actions.
• Performs in-process checks using GC, titrator, pH meter, etc.
• Troubleshoots process deviations.
