Job summary

Arclin USA is seeking a Production Operator E-EBS (Night Shift) for the Hayward, WI facility. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and involves manufacturing and processing resins and formaldehyde while complying with HSE policies and Arclin guidelines.

This entry‑level, full‑time position requires basic math, forklift readiness (certification possible), and strict adherence to safety protocols as part of a 12‑hour shift routine.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience a plus; able to become certified.
• Analytical and mechanical mindset needed for success in this role.
• Ability to follow strict Health and Safety Guidelines and wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load raw materials and finished products following procedures.
• Operate a forklift to load/unload materials.
• Coordinate with management to meet production and shipping schedule.
• Ensure procedures comply with regulations and corporate requirements.
• Participate in safety committee to drive improvements.
• Follow site rules for quality, health, safety, and environment.
