Job summary

ADM Nutrition is seeking a Production Operator for the Dry Blends area in Erlanger, KY. This full-time, hourly role on the 2nd shift requires safety compliance, accurate blending, and proficiency with SAP, CMS, and MWS for lot traceability. Background check and overtime availability are required.

The base pay is $23.00 per hour. The successful candidate will lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and operate in a GMP environment, with opportunities for career growth and comprehensive

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Regular and timely attendance.
  • Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate clearly.
  • Experience driving a forklift and working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Commit to ADM’s safety culture and follow procedures.
  • Retrieve set-up pallet and deliver to batching rooms.
  • Ensure ingredients are present and in correct quantities.
  • Operate blenders per SOPs or guidance.
  • Maintain ancillary equipment (sieves, batching systems).
  • Set up and break down equipment and adjust as needed.
  • Use SAP, CMS, and MWS transactions for blending.
  • Document work for lot traceability and HACCP checks.
  • Comply with GMP, OSHA, and safety guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Production Operator (Dry Blends) – Erlanger, KY

This is a full time, hourly position.

Job Summary:

The Production Operator in our Dry Blends area safely and successfully performs the essential job functions consistent with qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. This position currently has opening on 2nd shift.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Commit to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
  • Retrieve set-up pallet and deliver to batching rooms
  • Ensure that all ingredients are present and in the correct quantities
  • Operate blenders in accordance with SOP’s or management guidance/instructions
  • Responsible for ancillary equipment within a manufacturing environment (sieves, batching systems, etc.)
  • Set up and break down the equipment and make necessary adjustments
  • Use SAP, CMS, and MWS transactions needed for blending
  • Accurately document all work to ensure lot traceability, HACCP checks, etc.
  • Work in compliance with all GMP, OSHA, food safety and internal safety guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Exhibit regular and timely attendance
  • Willing to work overtime and weekends, as needed
  • Initiative to work independently but flexible enough to work in a team setting when needed
  • Attention to detail in regards to lot numbers, order numbers, etc.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate clearly
  • Experience driving a fork lift and working in a manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds on a continuous basis throughout an 8 hour shift
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, reach and bend throughout an 8 hour shift
  • Wear a respirator

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an ‘at‑will position’ and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay for this position is expected to be:

$23.00
