Qualifications

• Dependable team player with strong work ethic.
• Experience with measuring devices (tape measures, micrometers).
• Ability to read job specifications and adjust machines accordingly.
• Overhead crane operation experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends when needed.
• Lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate overhead cranes and other manufacturing tools.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Conduct minor preventative maintenance.
• Detect machine malfunctions and workpiece defects.
• Measure workpiece dimensions to ensure accuracy.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Collaborate within the team and assist with other department duties.
