Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Georgetown, Kentucky is seeking a Production Operator for the day shift to prepare products for shipment by following product guidelines and customer requirements.

You will work safely, read documentation, assemble components, and support training while contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is part of a family of companies within Menasha with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and efficiently while using all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Read and interpret product documentation, including quality alerts, safety alerts, and standard work instructions.
• Clean, trim, and assemble components.
• Maintain continuous production flow.
• Prepare products for shipment according to established guidelines and customer specifications.
• Support training of new employees and assist other departments as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including CI, 5S, and standard work practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
