Job summary

Findlay is seeking two Production Operators for Day (6:00am–2:30pm) and Swing (2:00pm–10:30pm) shifts in Caldwell, Idaho. Overtime may be required. You will lift, weigh, and blend ingredients, operate scanners, and ensure GMP adherence while communicating with management.

Training will be provided for forklift and possibly scissor lift operations. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of lifting up to 55 lb.
• Ability to operate scanners and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lift up to 55 lb bags/containers during blending.
• Accurately add ingredients to the process and use scanners for inventory control.
• Climb stairs, kneel, stand, walk and lift throughout shift.
• Drive lift truck and possibly scissor lift (training provided).
• Ensure products meet final specifications and assist maintenance with breakdowns.
• Communicate effectively with Senior Managers and maintain GMP.

Findlay Food Coatings Ltd was established in 2013 to operate in the USA. Three Powder Blending sites were built in Idaho to provide Batter Coating solutions primarily to produce specialist coatings for french fries.

We are currently recruiting for two positions available as Production Operators; They work Monday - Friday, one role is working Day Shift 6:00am - 2:30pm and one working Swing Shift 2:00pm - 10:30pm. The roles could require some overtime. You will be required to, but not limited to, do the following activities:

1. Lift up to 55 lb. bags, boxes or containers of ingredients to be used in the blending process.
2. Accurately add ingredients to the process.
3. Use scanners for delivery of ingredients and inventory control.
4. Climb up and down stairs.
5. Kneel, stand, walk and lift to complete your duties throughout the shift.
6. Clean a facility where we are using fine powders.
7. Drive lift truck and possibly scissor lift (we will provide training and certification).
8. Ensure products adhere to the Final Specifications.
9. Provide Maintenance with concise information to assist in breakdowns.
10. Have effective Communication with Senior Managers.
11. Ensure Safe practices are observed by yourself and to lead others if bad practice is observed.
12. Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice is followed and to lead others if bad practice is observed.

The pay range for this role is:
22.28 - 22.78 USD per hour(Caldwell)
