Qualifications

• Lift up to 55 lb bags and containers.
• Accurately add ingredients to the process.
• Operate scanners for ingredient delivery and inventory control.
• Climb stairs, kneel, stand, walk and lift as required.
• Maintain clean working areas when handling fine powders.

Responsibilities

• Lift and move ingredients and finished product per shift.
• Accurately measure and add ingredients during blending.
• Scan ingredients to track delivery and inventory.
• Operate lift truck and possibly scissor lift after training/certification.
• Ensure products meet final specifications through routine checks.
• Provide concise maintenance information to aid breakdowns.
• Communicate effectively with Senior Managers.
• Observe and promote Safe practices and lead others if needed.
• Uphold Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
• Collaborate with team to maintain production efficiency.
