Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking Production Operators at our New Richmond, Wisconsin location to join our team and support operations. You will contribute to creating high-quality products that meet customer needs, with willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour or commensurate with experience, plus a full benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, 401k, and three weeks of paid time off.

Qualifications

• One (1) or more years of experience in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Perform visual, in-process and final inspection of parts per quality criteria.
• Access, read, comprehend, and follow operator's guide and work instructions.
• Trim and package parts according to customer standards.
• Communicate status of jobs to previous and following shifts.
• Report to your workstation at the agreed upon time.
• Complete all documentation accurately using good documentation practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
