Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, located in New Richmond, Wisconsin, is hiring Production Operators to support manufacturing of high-quality products. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour or commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off.

Shift options include 12-hour rotating days (5am–5pm) with a +4% premium, 12-hour rotating nights (5pm–5am) with a +14% premium, and weekend shifts with premiums.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing (preferred but not required)
• Ability to read and follow operator guides and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and documentation practices
• Ability to work rotating shifts and communicate across shifts

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, in-process and final inspection of parts per quality criteria
• Access, read, comprehend, and follow operator's guide and work instructions
• Trim and package parts according to customer standards
• Communicate status of jobs to previous and following shifts
• Record data and complete documentation accurately

Our New Richmond, Wisconsin location is seeking Production Operators to join our team and support operations. As a Production Operator, you will be a key member of our team, contributing to the creation of high-quality products that meet our customers' needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, but we also welcome those who are excited to start their career in this industry and are willing to learn.

Shift Options:

12 Hour Rotating Days, 5am to 5pm (2 on, 2 off, 3 on) - With a +4% shift pay premium

12 Hour Rotating Nights, 5pm to 5am (2 on, 2 off, 3 on) - With a +14% shift pay premium

12 Hour Weekend Days - Fri- Sun 5am to 5pm with an 8% shift pay premium

12 Hour Weekend Nights - Fri- Sun 5pm to 5am with a 14% shift pay premium

• Perform visual, in-process and final of parts per quality criteria

• Communicate status of jobs to previous and following shifts
• Report to your workstation at the agreed upon time
• Complete all documentation accurately using good documentation practices
• Other duties as assigned

What Will Put You Ahead

• One (1) or more years of experience in manufacturing
