Qualifications

  • High school level reading and mathematics proficiency.
  • Two or more years of chemical or food processing experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • GMP and HACCP training is a plus.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues across departments.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
  • Safely operate production equipment including forklifts, agitators, homogenizers, and drum tippers.

Production Operator, Compounding

Our client is looking for Compounding Production Operators to join their Burlington, WI manufacturing team. This hands‑on role is responsible for safely and efficiently producing and packaging chemical products while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness.

What You’ll Do
  • Set up, operate, and monitor production and packaging equipment.
  • Measure, weigh, mix, and process chemical ingredients according to established procedures.
