Stryten Energy's Kansas City facility is seeking Production Operators with strong mechanical skills and a solid safety mindset. You will set up and run casting and punch-press machinery, track production metrics, and support lean initiatives on a 12-hour shift pattern (2 on/2 off/3 on/2 off) with some night shift openings.
Qualified candidates will have basic math and reading/writing skills, a good attendance record, and the ability to work overtime.
Stryten Energy factory near the Kansas City Airport is growing and is searching for Production Operators with strong mechanical skills, attention to safety and quality, proven attendance record, and great work ethic. Associates will be operating state‑of‑the‑art casting and punch‑press machinery. Responsibilities include meeting production goals, following standardized work practices, material handling, quality checks, and embracing lean initiatives.
Pay rate: $28.09 per hour. This is a 12‑hour continental shift schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off) with night shift openings. Earn an additional $1.50 per hour on the night shift.
Quarterly attendance bonus: earn up to $600 per quarter for perfect attendance.
