Job summary

Chemsolv is seeking a Production Operator to join our Roanoke team, supporting chemical production, warehouse operations, and material handling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This hands-on role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability. Schedule is Monday–Friday at 7:00 a.m., with overtime based on production needs. If you enjoy physical work and maintaining accurate procedures, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable indoors and outdoors in varying weather.
• Stand for extended periods and occasionally climb ladders.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload chemical drums and totes.
• Stage materials for production.
• Assist with chemical blending and plant operations.
• Transport samples to the Quality Control Lab.
• Label containers and maintain identification.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

What You'll Do
