The Production Operator will be based at our Brownwood, TX location.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all quality and safety policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Operate various machines at different speeds, maintaining product specifications.
  • Interpret customer needs and expectations, utilizing appropriate tools and materials to meet quality requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent (verified before start).
  • Preferred: One-year industry or labor experience.
  • Additional helpful qualifications include a stable work history and basic computer skills.

Note: Overtime, weekend, holiday work, and rotating shifts may be required.
