Job Description:

The selected candidate will work at our 3M Brownwood location as a Production Operator.

Responsibilities / The Impact You Will Make in this Role:
  • Adhere to all quality and safety policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Operate various machines at different speeds, maintaining product specifications.
  • Interpret customer needs based on specific expectations and perform relevant departmental processes using appropriate tools and materials to meet customer and quality requirements.
Your Skills and Expertise:

To succeed in this role from day one, 3M requires the following minimum qualifications:

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent (completed and verified prior to start).
  • One-year preferred industry or labor experience.

Applicants meeting these basic qualifications may be required to take and pass 3M's designated testing during the selection process.

Additional qualifications that could enhance your success include:

  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts.
  • Stable work history (preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge (preferred).
